Philip F. Congdon has been a teacher and pastor for over 30 years. He taught in a Bible college in Australia for five years, helped plant two churches in the US, and is the senior pastor of New Braunfels (Texas) Bible Church. He is a graduate of Multnomah Bible College and Dallas Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Jenny, have eight children and two granddaughters and live in New Braunfels, Texas
